Greetings Daughters,

Dust off those hats and fascinators, keeping with tradition, our May Chapter meeting will be our annual tea! This year, our tea/luncheon will be held at the Newark Country Club. There will be coffee, tea, and fellowship starting at 10:00AM and the meeting will begin promptly at 10:30AM. We have a great guest speaker lined up; Friends of Cooch’s Bridge President Vince Watchorn will update us on the progress made at the Cooch property and homestead. The cost of the luncheon is $36 per person. This is a HYBRID meeting. To attend virtually (Zoom), the cost to attend virtually will be a nominal fee of $10.

Luncheon menu includes the following:

  • House Garden Salad
  • Chicken Marsala
  • Herb Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes
  • Vegetable Medley 
  • Brownie with Raspberry Coulis

Please RSVP by no later than May 15th.

Registration will open approximately one month prior to the meeting. In person registration closes 7 days prior to the meeting. Virtual registration closes 3 days prior to the meeting.

If paying by check, all checks should be made out to Cooch's Bridge Chapter, NSDAR

As one of the most inclusive genealogical societies in the country, DAR boasts some 3,000 chapters across the United States and internationally.
