May 18th– Newark Country Club

Social 10:00AM– Meeting starts promptly at 10:30AM 

Please join us May 18th at Newark Country Club, for our annual May Tea! There will be coffee, tea, and fellowship starting at 10:00AM and the meeting will begin promptly at 10:30AM. Our guest speaker will be Karen Donnelly who will talk about “The Art of Tea”. Karen is a certified Tea Association of Canada Tea Sommelier Professional and has been a writer, speaker, and teacher for over 25 years. She currently writes the Cuisine page for The Tea House Times magazine and is a regular contributor to the Tea & Herbal Association of Canada’s Sip Magazine. So break out those beautiful hats and fascinators and come share in a delightful meeting and luncheon! 

Lunch will be served plated and consist of Chicken-Bacon Quiche, Butternut Squash Soup, Asparagus, Rolls & Butter, Chocolate Mousse.

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, May 18th at the Newark Country Club.

Your payment will serve as your registration. We regret that we will no longer be able to accept walk-in payments at the door.  Only paid registrations will be provided lunch.

As one of the most inclusive genealogical societies in the country, DAR boasts some 3,000 chapters across the United States and internationally. Any woman 18 years or older (regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background), who can prove lineal descent from a Patriot of the American Revolution is eligible for membership. If you are interested in joining DAR and our chapter, please complete the membership interest form and contact our registrar by clicking Cooch's Bridge Registrar.
