September 2023 Chapter Meeting

Welcome back daughters! We hope you have had a wonderful summer! This month, our meeting and luncheon will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott in Newark, located at 400 David Hollowell Dr, Newark, DE 19716. The cost of the luncheon will be $36. There will be coffee, tea, and fellowship starting at 10:00AM and the meeting will begin promptly at 10:30AM. We have a great guest speaker lined up; Rachel Sheffield of Designs by Rachel will give a presentation on colonial era apparel. Lunch will be served buffet style.

This is a HYBRID meeting.  When registering please select in-person or virtual.  Registration will open approximately one month prior to the meeting and close   days prior to the meeting.

As one of the most inclusive genealogical societies in the country, DAR boasts some 3,000 chapters across the United States and internationally. Any woman 18 years or older (regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background), who can prove lineal descent from a Patriot of the American Revolution is eligible for membership. If you are interested in joining DAR and our chapter, please complete the membership interest form and contact our registrar by clicking Cooch's Bridge Registrar.
